Enrollment Guidelines
Enrollment Process:
1. Select your coaching tier
2. Complete registration and submit payment
3. Complete the Verifiable Parental Consent Form
Note:
If you are registering for Elite Coaching or Elite Artist Coaching, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred lesson times as part of your registration process. Lesson times are subject to availability and will be confirmed shortly after registration. We will do our best to accommodate your selected preference.
Enrollment is confirmed once registration and payment have been successfully completed. All required forms, including the Verifiable Parental Consent Form, must be submitted to finalize enrollment and begin coaching.
While coaching operates on a month-to-month basis, students are encouraged to follow the Fall, Spring, and Summer session structure to support consistent progress and performance development.
Policies & Fees
Enrollment Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This is collected at the time of enrollment along with the first month’s tuition.
Monthly Billing:
Tuition is billed monthly. The first month’s tuition and deposit are due at enrollment. Services continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with a 30-day notice.
Lesson Structure:
Most months include four weekly lessons. Some months may include three lessons due to holidays or scheduling. Monthly tuition remains the same. Federal holidays and scheduled breaks are observed.
No Makeup Lessons:
Missed lessons are not eligible for makeups or refunds.
Scheduling Guidance:
While enrollment is month-to-month, following the Fall, Spring, and Summer session structure is recommended for optimal progress and performance development.

Getting Started:
Students can rent or purchase a violin from a local music store or reputable online retailer.
Guidance Provided:

String Replacement:
Strings can be replaced individually and are a normal part of instrument maintenance.
Bow Maintenance:
Bow hair can be re-haired by a professional when needed.
Guidance:
Recommendations will be provided to help you address any equipment issues.
Private Instruction Only:
All lessons are one-on-one to ensure personalized coaching and focused development.
Individualized Approach:
Each student receives customized guidance based on their skill level and goals.
Programs are recommended for ages 10–18. Younger students can be considered, but because of the online component, more hands-on parental involvement may be helpful to support their learning.
