Instructions for booking your student’s lessons:

1. Log in to your parent portal.
2. Navigate to the calendar on the left menu.
3. Jump your calendar view to September (when the semester begins).
4. Select your preferred lesson (by location, day of week and time slot) during the FIRST available week of the semester – beginning September 5th.
5. Make sure to select “Register for this lesson and recurring events”
6. This will register and lock in your student’s schedule for the entire semester, ending December 15th.
7. International Violin Institute will then set up your auto invoicing based upon your payment selection during enrollment registration.
