Instructions for booking your student’s lessons:

1. Log in to your parent portal.
2. Navigate to the calendar on the left menu.
3. Select your preferred lesson (day of week and time slot) based on current availability.
4. Request your desired lesson time during the first available week.
5. Make sure to select “Register for this lesson and recurring events”
6. Select only one (1) recurring lesson slot to avoid duplicate bookings and additional billing.
7. This will submit your lesson request and reserve your preferred time on a month-to-month basis.
8. The Institute will follow up via email to confirm your lesson time, subject to availability and scheduling adjustments.
9. Elite Artist Tier (60-minute lessons): Students enrolled in the $600 tier should book two (2) consecutive 30-minute time slots back-to-back to complete their full 60-minute lesson.
10. Once confirmed, your recurring monthly billing will be set up based on your enrollment.
